How can I buy tickets and do you sell out?

Tickets are available through our ticketing partner Citizen Ticket here.

If I make a donation or pledge to get adult tickets, am I guaranteed the option to get the vehicle passes I need?

Yes. Due to the large capacity of the site, there is ample parking and campervan space for all attendees.

These are available through our ticketing partner Citizen Ticket here.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are generally non-refundable, but should the event not go ahead in 2026 there will be the option to refund all adult and under 18 tickets.

Who is the ticketing partner?

Our ticketing partner is Citizen Ticket. The link to get tickets is here.

Is it a family friendly festival?

Whilst the festival is focussed on music and the very best of the independent grassroots scene, families and children are welcome.

Teens (15-17 years) must be accompanied by an adult 21+ and children 14 or under by a parent or guardian.

Can I buy tickets on the gate?

Subject to availability tickets may be available on the gate.

Do you offer day tickets or weekend passes only?

No. All person tickets provide access to the whole 4 days of the festival (and include camping).

What ID do I need to bring?

We operate Challenge 25 on all bars.

ID may be required on the gate to verify ages for Teen and Child entry should gate staff be required to challenge ages of entrants.

Student ID may be required.

Can I transfer or resell my ticket?

No. Not unless Grassroots Rising CIC or Where It All Began Festival authorise any such action or establish a resale platform.

Can I leave and re-enter the site?

Patrons are of course permitted to exit the site at any point. Re-entry is at the discretion of Grassroots Rising CIC and Where It All Began Festival, staff and agents.

More detail rules around re-entry will be published as part of the event's essential information.
